About the roleGnosis Laboratories Group is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Sales Executive to join our team in Tawau, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building lasting relationships with our diverse client base. As a key member of our sales organisation, you will play a vital role in achieving our strategic objectives and expanding our market presence.
What you'll be doing
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory
Engage with potential clients to understand their unique business needs and requirements
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase our products and services
Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide seamless customer support
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the scientific or laboratory equipment industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
Proficient in using sales tracking and CRM tools to manage pipeline and customer relationships
Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Diploma/ Degree in a relevant field such as Medical Lab, Biomedical, Business, Marketing or Sales
