Job DescriptionUpdate account maintenance and assist to ensure subscription benefits for customer care.
Assist to get feedback on the Customer Satisfaction Score Tracking.
Ensure customers are aware of the subscription renewal period timeline.
Follow up with customer subscription renewal status.
Support customer inquiries or concerns directly to ensure matters are addressed.
Act as a representative to vendors on forecast updates.
Update CRM Assets Management.
Assist in updating the monthly and quarterly reports to respective personnel and management.
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
Job RequirementsRace: Chinese or Malay.
Well-spoken in English; Mandarin is a strong preference.
Empathy and problem-solving skills.
Should possess either a degree or diploma.
