Business Support Executive

Job Description:
The incumbent will develop new businesses, clientele, and build and maintain existing relationships. He will also be required to provide excellent sales and customer service to achieve clients' satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:Report to Business Development Manager regarding the activities of sales/marketing proceeds.
Assist Business Development Manager to track and monitor progress of regional target growth opportunity (TGO) activities.
Assist Business Development Manager to organize and provide product information.
Prepare sales quotations and attend to customer enquiries.
Introduction of new suppliers and products.
Source for regional sales and visit regional customers when required.
Establish a strong relationship with key customers.
Develop target growth opportunity (TGO).
Build and maintain good relationships with all customers.
Ensure compliance with management policies regarding delivery, credit terms, price, and other agreed conditions.
Generate sales reports/analysis for key account customers.
Minimum Requirements:Min Diploma and above for this position
At least 2 years of related experience
Knowledge in MS Office and IT savvy
Knowledge with SAP
Task-Related Competencies:Persuasive and negotiation skills
Cost management techniques
Listening and communication skills
Customer relationship management
