**BRIEF**As the Business Support Executive, the primary role includes providing day-to-day business development and administrative support to the Enviro and Operations departments to ensure the smooth running of the company operations.**JOB DESCRIPTION**- To provide general business development, accounting and administrative support to the departments as required including maintenance of filings systems and database records.- Perform daily accounting data, ledger and payment.- Prepare sales invoice, delivery order, purchases order and purchase invoice.- Printing and issuance of payment voucher.- Perform bank reconciliation.- Keeping updated records of debtor and creditor payment.- In charge of utilities payment.- Manage and prepare staff duty roster.- Manage inventory for office stationeries and pantry.- Compile staff claims for monthly submission.- Focal point for corporate collaterals.- Collaborate with all related departments for execution of tasks and orders.- Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Min Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing or equivalent.- Proficient in writing and communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Good interpersonal skills and detail-oriented.- Positive learning attitude with a continuous improvement mindset.- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel.- Demonstrated good team work and a great team player.- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with people of all levels.- Possess own transport and willing to travel within the Melaka branches.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift**Language**:- Mandarin (required)Ability to Commute:- Melaka (required)Application Deadline: 03/11/2024Expected Start Date: 03/18/2024
