In our daily lives, we always make Positive Impact and Add Values to people that we touch and work together with.**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage insurance claims - from filling until the disbursement of the funds to policyholders.- Assist policyholders to obtain the relevant documents in case of hospital admission. This may also include advising policyholders on pre- and post-hospitalization related inquiries.- Assist policyholders when it comes to Customer Service. This includes and not limited to updating relevant details in the record.- Assist policyholders to create their self-service portal.- Inform policyholders on company & policy-related updates via WhatsApp & Telegram.- Data entry and case submission to relevant organisations.- Update social media posts, based on the given templates.**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**- Possesses the ability to work both collaboratively, independently and proactively.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be a plus point especially when it comes to customer service.- Well versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Google (Sheets, Gmail & Drive).- Extremely well organised, task-oriented, and has the ability to prioritise.- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Hokkien dialect.- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality and positive attitude.- Possess own laptop.**REMUNERATION/ ALLOWANCE**- RM1,000/Month**WORKING HOUR**:Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm**WORKING LOCATION**:Taman Limau Manis, Bukit Mertajam, Penang**Job Type**: InternshipContract length: 3-6 months**Salary**: RM1,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Bukit Mertajam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
