Qualifications and Requirements:
Preferably holds at least a Diploma in a related field, especially in office management or secretarial practice.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in a legal firm or a related industry (experience in corporate, banking, or litigation sectors is an advantage).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in both English and Malay languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
Has a winning mindset, a good attitude, and a positive outlook towards work.
Job Description:
Handle conveyancing, corporate, banking, and general litigation matters.
Manage billing and follow up on collections in a timely manner.
Work independently with minimal supervision while meeting tight deadlines.
Handle general administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations of the office.
Assist with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Provide support in liaising with clients, external parties, and internal teams.
Maintain a well-organized filing system and manage office documentation efficiently.
Ensure a positive, cooperative work environment by fostering good relationships with team members and clients.
Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to contribute to team success.
