Job Responsibilities:To coordinate and meet with internal stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Responsible for software implementation on the user requirement study, system configuration, user acceptance test, and assisting end-user in software parallel run and live-run in accordance with the project timeline.
Conduct end-user training when necessary.
Evaluate and improve business processes along with the software implementation.
Prepare and keep system and project documentation up-to-date.
Provide application support to users on their respective business applications in various places.
Job Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Application Support roles.
Knowledge and experience supporting business applications such as ERP, SAP B1, or accounting software are essential.
System implementation experience is an added advantage.
Preferably experience working in an end-user environment.
Proficiency or knowledge of MSSQL or other programming language skills is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to measure and improve existing processes and procedures.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and able to perform in a team-based environment with a positive working attitude.
Full time position is available, to be based at Jalan P. Ramlee, Menara Hap Seng, KL.
