In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the continuous improvement of our business systems and processes to support the overall objectives and growth of the company.
Job Description
Optimize Business Systems : Work cross-functionally to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies across departments, with a focus on enhancing system functionality and process flow.
Document key processes and operating procedures : Lead cross functional efforts to document key processes and SOPs, and be the custodian of such documentation for future updates/revisions.
Lead Key Projects : Spearhead critical improvement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and provide coaching and support for project teams.
Establish Standards & Measure Results : Develop KPIs to track project success and deliver detailed reports to management on project outcomes and areas for further improvement.
Drive Data-Driven Decisions : Conduct detailed data analysis to support improvement strategies, working closely with Operations teams to use insights to target waste reduction and maximize efficiency.
Support Change Management : Facilitate the transition to improved processes and systems by training teams, documenting best practices, and standardizing work instructions.
Collaborate Across Departments : Serve as a liaison between Operations, IT, and other departments, ensuring all process changes support both production and business system requirements.
Required Skills
Process Improvement Expertise : Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies; adept at identifying inefficiencies and implementing sustainable improvements.
Systems Analysis : Strong understanding of business systems, with the ability to integrate process improvements across ERP, or other enterprise systems.
Project Management : Experience leading end-to-end project cycles, including planning, prioritizing, and delivering on deadlines.
Change Leadership : Skilled at coaching teams through change, acting as a catalyst for continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence.
Data Analysis & Reporting : Ability to analyse complex data sets, synthesize insights, and use data to drive decision-making and measure success.
Communication & Collaboration : Effective communicator capable of facilitating meetings, conducting presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Microsoft Office Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Desired Skills
Strong in data analysis, documentation and communication skills.
Experience with ERP systems, process automation tools, or project management software.
Six Sigma or Lean certification is a plus.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant discipline.
Minimum of 5 years in business systems analysis, process improvement, or continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience in a manufacturing or large-scale production environment.
