Responsibilities:Assist the superior in formulating the company's short-term (annual) and long-term business plans and annual targets, adjusting sales strategies and market positioning in real-time according to market demands.
Build and manage your own business team and achieve the business goals assigned by the company.
Summarize current project progress and report to the superior.
Actively develop customer resources, formulate reasonable customer communication and visit plans, understand customer product demand plans, maintain good customer relationships, regularly report business development status to the company, and adjust sales strategies as needed based on actual situations.
Actively promote the company and maintain a good customer image within the industry.
Understand the dynamics of other companies in the same industry, keep timely communication with relevant personnel in the company to allow timely strategy adjustments, and maintain competitive advantages.
Develop new customers and new markets using the internet, exhibitions, and telephone.
Capture market information promptly and provide the company with rational suggestions.
Handle the entire process from inquiry, quotation, order, payment collection, shipment to after-sales service follow-up.
Assist the director in completing the company's daily market work.
Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
Qualifications & Experience:Degree or above in International Business & Business or related field.
At least 8 years and above working experience in Business Unit Management.
Knowledge of plastic molds and the plastic industry, with more than 2 years of experience in the mold industry, or more than 3 years of experience in foreign trade.
Possesses strong business development abilities and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of public relations and a high level of dedication to work.
Demonstrates good team spirit and the ability to handle tasks independently, with a willingness to explore and innovate.
Familiar with development methods and operational processes, capable of independently developing clients, handling product inquiries, negotiations, order tracking, and collections.
Familiarize with the industry, stay updated on market competition within the industry, and grasp the unique sales dynamics of the sector.
Independently develop clients according to company policies and business development strategies to achieve performance targets.
