Responsibilities:Purchase inventory and non-stock items for department and customer orders.
Convert PR to PO, send to supplier, and ensure PO acknowledgement from the supplier.
Issue Blanket PO for consignment parts and long-term orders.
Follow up on new PO and open PO; update supplier delivery promise date in the system.
Expedite purchase items when requested by planner, customer, or relevant department requestor.
Able to negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
Get latest quotes from suppliers to avoid pricing disputes and problematic invoices.
Arrange shipment for the self-pick Purchase Order.
Prepare internal audit/supplier audit when required.
Execute MRB parts and follow up with supplier.
Report to superior/Assistant Purchasing Manager or Manager.
Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in any field or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field.
