Buyer / Purchaser (Manager / Asst Manager)

**Responsibilities**:- Create, lead and execute purchasing strategies.- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.- Plan negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.- Predict price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking, analyse, manage and mitigate risks.- Conduct regular supplier evaluation and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations.**Requirements**:- Proven working experience as purchaser with 5-8 year above.- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.- Knowledge in market dynamics along with business sense.- A knack for negotiation and networking.- Able to gather and analyses data and to work with figures.- Excellent judgement along with decision making skills.- Exemplary leadership capabilities.- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration.
