Job Responsibilities:Drive vendors for the timely order confirmation and update system in time.
Drive suppliers for 100% on time deliveries and implement vendor OTD performance monitoring on a monthly basis.
Monitor inventory control to avoid slow moving or dead stock from occurring.
Order processing and arrangement.
Delivery tracking and management.
Work closely with factory production on project planning & delivery schedule.
Communicate and follow up for customer urgent delivery requirements.
Coordinate internally when there is a quality issue.
Resolve commercial related issues like delivery, payment, pricing, logistics, etc.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Degree or Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of related working experience.
Must be computer literate.
Good communication skills and able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
