**Your role in our team**:- Execution of orders to ensure materials and services are available on time.- Selection of suppliers (with or without guidelines) within the assigned area of responsibility and in line with the strategy defined for the respective category (if available).- Conducting price negotiations within the assigned area of responsibility.- Provision of support in relation to complaints and complaint processes in the respective area of responsibility, initiation of necessary clarification, escalation and/ or corrective measures.- Active involvement within the category team as well as support of lead buyers (where one exists).- Provision of support in relation to supplier evaluations in order to improve the transparency of supplier performance within their area of responsibility.- Data entry, maintenance of master data and overall document archiving in connection with procurement processes.- Support inventory management in order to ensure a high delivery capacity with a minimum of inventory.- Collaboration with purchasing controlling, e.g. in the estimation of potential, definition of targets,and analyses of opportunities/risks, to make the value contribution transparent and managepurchasing activities in a target-oriented manner.**Requirements**:- Degree in any disciplines, preferably with a focus on Industrial engineering, purchasing or materials management or similar.- At least 3 to 5 years' experience in purchasing field, preferably with manufacturing background- Computer literate, MS-Office, SAP (would be an added advantage).- Good communication and analytical skills.- Able to multitask and handle work pressure.- Teamwork - able to work with colleagues from different levels, cross-functional and internationalcollaboration.**Job Type**: PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Dental insurance- Health insuranceSchedule:- Fixed shiftApplication Question(s):- How many years of experience in purchasing field in manufacturing industry?- Are you familiar with SAP?
