Buying Executive (Food/Non-Food Category)

Buying Executive (Food/Non-Food Category)Responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining items maintenance (Cost Price, Product Description, Barcode correctness, Selling price, and information needed in SAP system and Arms system).
Responsible for inputting, updating Promotion mechanism as Mailer, Event, and In-store Promotion format.
Responsible for inputting, updating on Buying Income File on Month End monthly basis.
Responsible for updating the Sales and Margin report needed by Buying manager and Senior Buying Manager for business purposes.
Responsible for updating the Scan Sales report to submit for Other Income purpose.
Responsible for inputting, updating for Price Survey Price List on Monthly Basis.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma OR bachelor's degree in business studies / administration / management, marketing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 year(s) of working experience.
Possess good attitude, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia in both verbal and written skills.
A team player and self-motivated with good interpersonal & communication skills.
