Cad Designer/Engineer

Responsibilities: To assist in producing Engineering documents (3D & 2D drawings, technical illustrations, assembly and other related drawings according to specification, user manual, etc.) and ensure they are completed within the required time frames and are up to date; Responsible for database maintenance to ensure documents and drawings are up to date and relevant by utilizing drafting resources and software; Maintain and organize drawings (library & back up); Work closely with engineers / managers to translate their design concepts and calculation into technical drawings and assist in coordinating projects; R&D for new products from planning stage to manufacturing; To assist in costing preparation by project basis; Work towards improving manufacturing process and efficiency; Perform quality inspections across critical stages of production and before delivery; Must be willing to carry out hands-on tasks and work overtime where required To work as a team; Requirements: Candidate must possess at least:- Professional Certificate in Engineering in Industrial, Engineering in Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding or equivalent. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Experience in steel work fabrication or manufacturing environment is a must. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduate are encourage to apply. Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Solid Edge.
