Cad Designer

Specialized in Interior Fit-out Project responsible for detailed technical drawings and coordination with relevant parties including Consultants, Clients, Construction Team.
Job Descriptions:
Produces detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for interior fit-out and Architect construction drawings;
In charge of all drawing development required by the project;
Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection, and detail for fabrication;
Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
Ensures the proper indexing, filing, and storage of drawings in both hardcopy and electronic media;
Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritization;
Prepares documents and transmittal forms for submissions, RFI if required;
Consults with key personnel of the projects on necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
Coordinates with QS, project team, and sub-contractor for fabrication;
Studies drawings and other pertinent papers in preparation for fabrication or erection drawings;
Presents drawings to production or project teams and provides adjustments as necessary;
Produces 3D drawings when necessary;
Any other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirement:
At least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Required Skill(s): AUTOCAD
Preferably with experience working in ID firm/company.
Preferably candidate to start work immediately.
Detailed, organized, teamwork, positive attitude.
