Objective of this roleTranslate design concepts into conceptual drawings.
Translate design concepts into accurate and comprehensive technical drawings.
Job RequirementsGeneral Responsibilities
Work with the Design team to develop spatial solutions that align with client requirements and project goals.
Assist in space planning and layout design to optimise functionality and aesthetics.
Work with the Design team to understand and incorporate design concepts into technical drawings.
Develop detailed and precise interior design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
Prepare comprehensive tender and construction documentation drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Work with the Design team to select appropriate materials, finishes, and fixtures based on technical considerations and design intent.
Create visual representations of interior spaces and design concepts using 3D modelling software and ensure that 3D models accurately reflect design intent.
