Cad Drafter (Kuala Lumpur)

To assist in ensuring profitable and sustainable business practices within the Operations Unit align with company values. The CAD Drafter creates technical drawings, plans, and layouts using computer-aided design (CAD) software. 
Job Description Develop and modify designs based on project requirements and feedback. Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit). Review and verify the accuracy of drawings and designs before submission. Conduct regular checks to ensure consistency and adherence to project specifications. Identify and correct errors or discrepancies in drawings and designs. Ensure that all designs comply with company standards and relevant regulations. Maintain organized and up-to-date drawing files and project documentation. Prepare and compile materials for project proposals, presentations, and client meetings. Assist in the estimation of project costs and timelines based on design specifications. Provide technical support during the construction or renovation or modernisation phases as required. Stay updated with the latest CAD software updates and industry trends to enhance drafting efficiency and quality. All other duties are assigned from time to time by the superior and/or company. Requirement Minimum Diploma in Drafting and proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, etc.).1-3 years of experience in CAD drafting (or relevant field).Intermediate skills in MS Office, preparing reports, presentation slides & business improvement plans/processes. Familiarity with industry-specific CAD tools and technology.Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
