A- Summary
Overall CAD Drafting responsibility in the Project Management &
Technical Services Scope of Works


B- Job Description
Overall responsibility to assist Design Manager in the CAD Drafting/Draughtsman/3D design/Graphic input of project.
Provide support to ensure the stages in the CAD Drafting/Draughtsman/3D design/Graphic & Construction development are carried out following appropriate procedures i.e. stages in planning, concept, schematic, detailed design and construction.
Provide CAD Drafting/Draughtsman/3D design/Graphic with technical/functional support to Design Manager within the project team.
Carry out preparation of various CAD Drafting/Draughtsman/3D design/Graphic documentation from project team.


C- Qualifications
Diploma/Bachelor in Interior Design or relevant field.
Proven experience in CAD Drafting/Draughtsman/3D design/Graphic or other relevant field.
Knowledge of ID Project Design, Management & Construction materials
2 - 5 years of working experience.
Have driving license D.
Proficient in CAD/Graphic software/3D software, MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.

D- Interpersonal & Public Relations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of Design Management, Technical Services and Construction Method procedures.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem-solving and good teamwork skills & aptitude.
Strong ethics and reliability.
