Cadet Engineer (Sabah)

To assist Mill Manager in day to day palm oil mill operation. To learn all aspects of mill operation through training program and hands on training. To execute/complete the work related special task or assignment given. Involve in organization of Occupational Safety and Health related activities and other event set by the Company. Requirements:- Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering and/or relevant professional qualification or another equivalent field. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in palm oil mill or other relevant field. Experience in agricultural industry and relevant professional certification will be an added advantage. Good communication and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. A fast learner, willing to learn and work under minimum supervision. Proficient with computer, including document processing software.(e.g. Microsoft Office) Ability to work in remote area. Willingness to relocate across Malaysia (Peninsular, Sabah & Sarawak). Good physical fitness. Possess own transport. Goal-oriented and a team player. Strong time management, planning and organization skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with mid-level management and other staff members.
