Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service

Welcome and greet customers with a friendly attitude.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and answer customer queries.
Ensure orders are served in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards.
Resolve customer complaints and provide a positive dining experience.
Food & Beverage Preparation

Assist with food preparation in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
Handle catering orders by preparing, packing, and delivering to clients as needed.
Café & Catering Operations

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café, kitchen, and catering areas.
Assist with the setting up and cleaning of catering events.
Restock inventory, including food supplies, packaging, and utensils.
Assist in managing catering schedules and deliveries.
Cash Handling & Order Processing

Process orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and provide correct change.
Ensure accurate end-of-shift cash reconciliation.
