Responsilities Ensure that food preparation/quality isconsistent with SOP, quality control/freshness of food and keepfood in good condition.Maintain knowledge ofall recipes in accordance to SOP.Maintainingfood budget and make sure that all supplies are bought within theset budget and refer to list of needed ingredients on a day-to-daybasis and check inventory while placingorder.Delegates duties and supervise/coachkitchen crew(s) in accordance to Kitchen'sSOP.Kitchen headcount planning and duty rosterscheduling.Ensure workstation/cooking areaclean and in good condition.Overseecleanliness and maintenance of kitchenequipment/utensils.Daily food forecast andmeasures to minimized cooked or uncooked foodwastages.Purchase planning to ensure a healthyand sufficient inventory Oversee cleanliness and maintenance ofkitchen equipment/utensils.
