Job DescriptionSupervise and lead cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen personnel, ensuring high levels of performance, motivation, and teamwork.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring that the cafe runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets customer expectations.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolve any complaints or issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, track stock levels, and maintain relationships with vendors.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and attract new customers.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
Prepare schedules, manage time-off requests, and ensure adequate staff coverage during peak times.
Handle cash management, daily reports, and other financial tasks, including budgeting and cost control.
Monitor quality control, product consistency, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and conducting regular performance reviews.
Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and implement new ideas to improve the cafe experience.
Job RequirementsExperience in a managerial or supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
