Team Leadership and Training

Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring efficient workflow and kitchen productivity.

Quality Control and Compliance
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety practices.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and health codes
Job RequirementsProven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior culinary role, preferably with proficiency in pastry and dessert preparation
Able to converse well in English and/or Malay Language
Working Conditions:
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
