Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Cafe Assistant to support our cafe operations at Kopiku. This role involves a variety of tasks including food preparation and cafe operations and the ideal candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic and a passion for food.
Key Responsibilities:
Food preparation:
Prepare ingredients according to recipes
Cleaning and sanitising kitchen equipment and utensils
Keeping the café clean and tidy
Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Basic food handling and preparation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
