Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate between kitchen, Accounts & Human ResourceReduce wastage in areas pertaining to cafe operations, namely raw materials and utilization of manpowerManage cutlery section and to ensure minimal list equipmentPlan and schedule daily activities in kitchen are including upkeep and preventive maintenance of all kitchen equipmentManage daily house keeping activities which included dish washing and general cleanliness pf work are and also the overall premises including landscapingCreate and setup database on part-timerTo arrange purchasing of cafe goods/itemSubmit daily sale report to account departmentCreate continuous improvement team for kitchen operationTo carry out any other duties as maybe assigned expected in a post of this level from time to timeTo perform as cashier
