Call Center Administrator

Job Summary Serves customers by determining requirements; back-up agent answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.
 Responsibilities Determines requirements by working with customers.Answers inquiries (Open job, spare part status & availability, GRN status & work order status) by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.Resolve  problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests including new product information.Maintains call center database by entering information related to customer service and repair.Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.Handling end user survey for customer satisfaction feedback.Trouble-shooting the product with customer via call.Handling Business to business job for SenHeng / SenQ including Quotation for over warranty work order.Handling incoming call back-up for agent not available on the day.Ask ASP follow-up update service SenHeng progression.Receive any instructions or work order from the HOD from time to time.Do a weekly report about status job service SenHeng.Qualifications Education                  : Diploma in a relevant field.
Work Experience     :  1 - 2 years
