Call Center Agent

Job Summary Handling complaints, responding to customer inquiries, and giving customers information about products and services.
Responsibilities To attend to inbound calls & outbound according to the Standard Operating Procedure to answering numerous customer queries daily.Dealing with unhappy customers and handling complaints.Answers and informs customers about product and service issues.Resolve problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.Daily update to customer for a process returns or exchanges to a new set. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and monitoring customer satisfaction levels. Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions for customers, and follow up to resolve any issue.Handling open service report from official website from customer and WhatsApp for a dealer only. Assist and checking spare part validity for customers to get by walk-in or courier service.Participate in spare part stock count. Qualifications Education:  Diploma in a relevant field.
