Job Description:
Tenaga Nasional Berhad is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, be driven, and confident. This part-time position requires individuals with strong project management and planning skills.
Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information about products and services2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner3. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner4. Input customer data accurately into the company database5. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and procedures7. Meet weekly call quotas and performance metrics set by management
Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role2. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset3. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software6. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
