Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team in a remote work capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and troubleshooting.3. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.5. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding concerns.6. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.8. Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.2. Hardworking and confident personality traits.3. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
