Job Description:
S P Setia Berhad is seeking a Call Center Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a full-time member of our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. This role requires a high level of energy and drive to deliver results consistently.
Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer orders, sales leads, or customer feedback- Providing information about products or services and assisting customers in making purchasing decisions- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system- Meeting daily call quotas and customer service targets- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets- Energetic and driven personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Strong planning and time management skills to handle a high volume of calls efficiently- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and call center software- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
