SIRIM Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in customer service and a passion for helping others. As a Call Center Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients and enhancing their experience with our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Service Excellence:**
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and requests with a positive and professional approach.
- Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.

2. **Problem Solving:**
- Utilize critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors as needed, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

3. **Data Management:**
- Accurately input customer information, inquiries, and feedback into the database.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.

4. **Performance Monitoring:**
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call duration, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve service levels.

5. **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Contribute to ongoing team initiatives aimed at improving service efficiency and effectiveness.

6. **Continuing Development:**
- Engage in provided training and development opportunities to enhance skill sets and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** A minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree or higher preferred.
- **Experience:** At least 3 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment.

- Reliable: Dependable in attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate situations and make informed choices quickly.
