**Job Description:**

Sime Darby Berhad is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Associate to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Call Center Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.

### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customer Interaction:** Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- **Problem Solving:** Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Record Keeping:** Document customer interactions accurately in our systems to maintain comprehensive records. Update customer details and interactions as necessary to enhance service delivery.
- **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. Share insights and feedback to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Performance Metrics:** Meet and exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction scores. Actively seek feedback to improve personal and team performance.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in continuous professional development and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
- **Innovation Contribution:** Contribute to the improvement of customer service practices by suggesting process enhancements or innovative solutions to enhance customer experience.

### **Requirements:**

#### **Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.

- **Emotional Intelligence:** Demonstrated ability to understand and respond to customer emotions effectively.
