Call Center Executive/ Tele-Collector

**CALL CENTRE EXEC****Basic: RM 1,500 - RM 1,600****EPF,SOCSO**- Job Description_- To call, remind and collect outstanding payments from delinquent customers- To monitor and follow up on customers payments- To understand and assess the financial situations of customers to maximize recovery of debts- To work with customers on solving their payment issues, and advising them on repayment arrangements- To follow up on customers who have not complied with their Promise to Pay- Able to take on Ad-Hoc tasks if requiredJob Requirements- Must possess at least SPM qualification- Computer literate- Punctual- Hardworking- Good customer service with active listening skills- Good communication and negotiation skills in BM or English- Able to work under pressure- Fresh grads are welcome to applyMonday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Fixed shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- TeleMarketing: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
