Job Description:

Media Prima Berhad is seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a call center environment and possess strong leadership skills. This position is considered mid-to-senior level, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of remote call center agents in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the remote call center team, including monitoring call volume, performance metrics, and ensuring quality customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness.
- Train and coach call center agents to enhance their skills and performance.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer support.
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a remote team to achieve performance goals.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and call center software.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
