Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Officer to join our team in a work-from-home capacity. **Responsibilities:**

1. **Customer Interaction**:

- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide clear, accurate information regarding products and services.

2. **Order Management**:
- Process customer orders, modifications, and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer records and ensure all order details are logged in the system.

3. **Issue Resolution**:
- Identify customer needs and work to address them in a timely manner, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when necessary, while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

4. **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and strategies for improving customer service and operational efficiency.

5. **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Generate reports on customer feedback and service metrics for management review.

6. **Continuous Learning**:
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry developments, and company policies.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and performance.

7. **Project Management**:
- Assist in organizing and executing specific projects related to customer service improvements, as directed by management.
- Implement strategic planning initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining processes.

**Requirements:**

- **Educational Background**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.

- **Personality Traits**:
- Passionate about customer service and helping others.
- Adaptable to changing environments and customer needs.

- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Strategic planning capabilities, allowing for proactive identification and resolution of customer needs.

- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in using computers and technology; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

- **Availability**:
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
