Job Description:

Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a passionate and resilient Call Center Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, and promoting our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or promote products and services- Providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records- Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality targets - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Strong time management and people management skills- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
