Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is currently seeking a part-time Call Center Representative to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or provide information- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues in a timely manner- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets set by the company

Requirements:- Independent and energetic personality traits- Strong leadership and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
