We are currently seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team at Sime Darby Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner- Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations effectively and efficiently- Input and update customer information in the database accurately- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin or Malay- Strong analysis and problem-solving skills- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills- High school diploma or equivalent- Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia
