#### Job Description

Dialog Group Berhad is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Call Center Representative to join our innovative team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are motivated to contribute to our meaningful mission. As a Call Center Representative, you will serve as the frontline communicator for our clients, helping to resolve inquiries and provide support while fostering positive relationships.

#### Key Responsibilities

- **Customer Support:** Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
- **Communication:** Effectively communicate product knowledge, policies, and services to customers. Adapt communication style to meet the needs of different customer personalities.
- **Problem Resolution:** Identify customer needs and concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- **Documentation:** Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and provide insights to management for continuous improvement of service offerings.
- **Training Participation:** Engage in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge about products, services, and best practices in customer service.
- **Team Collaboration:** Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and to share insights that could improve overall customer satisfaction.
- **Process Improvement:** Proactively suggest improvements to workflows and processes within the call center to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
- **Compliance:** Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines to maintain compliance and ensure customer privacy and data security.

#### Requirements

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
- **Personality Traits:** Dedicated and passionate about providing excellent customer service and contributing to the company's mission.
- **Soft Skills:**
- **Strategic Planning:** Ability to prioritize tasks and develop strategies to address customer needs effectively.
- **Planning:** Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
- **Language Proficiency:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Malay and other languages is an advantage.
