Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer inquiries or issues promptly and efficiently.3. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the database.4. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention.5. Utilize resources effectively to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary.6. Meet and exceed performance targets related to call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction.7. Stay updated on company products and services to effectively assist customers.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:1. Resourceful and driven individual with excellent communication skills.2. Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.3. Demonstrated leadership abilities in a customer service environment.4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
