Position: Customer Support (Work From Home)- Assisting customers on their online orders- Online fulfilment of customer orders- Resolve technical issues faced by customer- Must be able to work on weekends (at least a Saturday or Sunday)What you'll Need*- Great customer service, Good communication and Interpersonal skills- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision- Problem solving ability and adaptable to changing needs from clients- Self starter and responsible- Experience using different online channels to communicate with Clients- 4 day work week, must be able to work on weekends (at least a Saturday or Sunday)- Have access to a personal laptop and reliable Internet connection at HomeExpected Start Date: 01/15/2024**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM1,778.71 - RM4,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 40 per weekSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Early shift- Evening shift- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Ipoh (required)Expected Start Date: 02/21/2024
