Responsibilities:
Provides interpretation of languages to patients and medical staff.
Handles inquiries from international patients pertaining to treatment plans and logistic arrangements.
Assists in conducting formal and informal surveys of patients' experiences in the hospital.
Assists in creating and/or translating collateral and reading materials.
Acts as a patient advocate by visiting inpatients.
Provides immediate response and attention to patients' complaints and grievances and communicates directly with respective parties.
Involved in facilitating VIP visits.
Involved in hospital tours for international patient agents and corporate clients.
Cultivates and maintains good relations with international patients.
Performs CSR and marketing activities on behalf of SJMC with patients, schools, companies, and events related to the language of expertise.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
Education in nursing or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
Minimum diploma in a relevant field.
Speaks good English and specific foreign language (Cambodian).
Must have good communication and writing skills.
Computer knowledge and efficiency in data entry/submission of timely reports and social media.
Ability to handle challenging situations and work under pressure.
