Camp Assistant (1 July 2024 To 25 August 2024)

Job ResponsibilityCamp Assistant Responsibilities,The role of a camp assistant consists of the following:Provide administrative support to the camp director and staff.Ensure the safe arrival and departure of students from the camp.Assist the English teachers at the camp in their classrooms if needed.Help with camper registration and enrollment processes.Manage camp documentation, including permission forms and medical records.Coordinate communication with parents and guardians.Maintain and update camp databases and records.Handle general inquiries and provide information to campers and their families.Support logistical aspects of camp activities and special events.Working HoursMonday to Friday: 7.00am - 5:30pmJob RequirementsDemonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, Mandarin, both orally and in writing, using proper grammar and vocabulary.Ability to communicate in Korean would be an added advantage, though not necessary.Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to speak to children and firm.Job BenefitsProvided.Work-life balance
