Job DescriptionPosition Responsibilities
Strategize, manage, and execute strategic content plans across all user touch points, including but not limited to digital & offline paid media, owned media, and visual merchandising.
Innovate with the brand and design team to produce new ideas that are consistent with company branding, convey the on-brand message, drive behaviour, and create conversation.
Develop and continuously improve the creative production and execution process.
Direct, craft, and execute campaign and content plans based on business objectives, product launching plans, as well as marketing goals.
Participate in brand and content strategy development, providing a creative strategy plan with production and execution timelines for written and visual content.
Integrate a range of storytelling content forms and manners like photography, video, text, decks, etc.
Work with other marketing divisions to develop marketing plans, analyze results, review opportunities, and so on.
Liaise with a creative team of designers, copywriters, social media specialists, as well as production houses.
Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned by superior/management.
Job RequirementsQualifications & Experiences
Must possess at least a Degree in Art/Graphic Design/Marketing/Communications, or other related disciplines.
Candidates with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in retail, F&B, startups, or creative agencies are preferred.
Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
A valuable team player and able to work independently.
Understand commercial targets and be equipped with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Familiar with a variety of design software such as Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom, After Effects, etc.
Computer literate with a good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Able to work in a fast-paced and high-intensity work environment.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
