Team and Role Introduction:

Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and manage LazFlash campaigns, ensuring all aspects are seamlessly integrated and aligned with company objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, optimization, and growth.
Lead ad hoc and special projects aimed at capturing market trends and driving the performance of LazFlash.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers and Category teams, to develop and implement effective campaign strategies.
Communicate the goals of LazFlash and product criteria to internal stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of campaign objectives and seller requirements.
Conduct post-mortem evaluations of completed campaigns, identifying key learnings and areas for future improvement.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in e-commerce, digital marketing, and campaign management, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications (must have):
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or campaign management.
Proven track record of successfully planning and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in an e-commerce setting.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
