JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Campaign Execution, Task Assignment Setup, Monitoring and Reporting
Review and verify campaign details in booking form to ensure they are complete.
Set up campaigns as per requirement.
Update entitlement progress tracking and media inventory report.
Assign tasks to team member in charge based on digital entitlements of campaign.
Campaign execution progress and monitoring check with Digital Ad Operations team.
Campaign performance monitoring for entitlements assigned towards targeted KPI.
Manage campaign entitlements amendments and status to ensure deliverables execution in plan.
Prepare interim/post campaign report for all digital entitlements.
Prepare weekly assigned campaign progress report.
Request Management
Acknowledge and respond to client's service request.
Receive and log requests in the Request Tracking Tool.
Perform troubleshooting and escalation until incident resolution.
Project Management
Liaise with brand and editorial team to implement content and social media related campaign execution.
Work with designer and tech team for relevant custom product execution.
Other supporting duties assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Who you are:
Formal
Experience and exposure with local media and advertising industry.
Hands-on experience with knowledge on digital online advertising business and products.
Ability to think and interpret campaign performance optimization plan.
Basic skills in HTML would be preferred but not essential.
Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Informal
Attention to detail.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Qualifications / Experience
Minimum diploma/degree.
1 to 2 years experience in a similar or supporting role.
Digital Media Industry experience preferred.
Any Google Certification in Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics is a plus.
Experience with any social/performance media buying platform is a plus.
