Cantonese / English Speaker - Customer Service (Hotline Enquires)

About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals with fluent Chinese speaking skills to join our customer service team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, handling general inquiries such as product information, online orders, and after-sales support via phone call and email.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer calls in a friendly and professional mannerProvide information about our product catalog, track and trace, warranty procedures etc.Troubleshoot and help resolve customer issues with online orders, including order status, artwork upload, how to place order etcEscalate complex issues to supervisors as neededIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management
 Qualifications: 1-2 years of previous customer service or call center experienceExcellent communication and active listening skillsGood problem-solving and conflict resolution abilitiesAbility to remain calm and professional under pressure
