We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cantonese Speaking Home-based Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and has a strong interest in customer service and administration. It requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. Work Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm. Must have no other jobs.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talentedHome-Based SEO and SEM Specialistto join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving organic and paid search strategies for our clients, ensuring their online presence achieves measurable growth. Working remotely, you will collaborate with our creative and account management teams to develop and execute comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed keyword research to identify high-value terms for client campaigns.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
Plan, execute, and manage SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook & IG Ads, and other platforms.
Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization, including meta tags, link building, and content recommendations.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (traffic, rankings, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Collaborate with the creative team to optimize landing pages and ad creatives for higher conversion rates.
Stay updated on the latest SEO and SEM trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Provide clients with clear and actionable campaign reports and insights.
Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO and SEM (preferably 3+ years) with a digital marketing or agency background.
Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and basic HTML/CSS.
Experience in managing paid search campaigns and optimizing budgets for ROI.
Excellent communication skills for client reporting and collaboration with remote teams.
Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics are highly preferred.
