Cezars Kitchen is seeking a Captain to join our expanding team in Johor, Malaysia!-position reports to Assistant General Manager and General Manager
This position is suitable for energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and proven ability to execute a full range of Food and Beverage service and preform banquet / function tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Essential Functions: Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:
Oversees catering eventsManage daily food service operationSchedule front of the house staff,Maintain hygiene standardMaking sure functions and events well managedAssist to managers requestsAbility to set and manage a fine dining service.Review the billing charges incurred and respond to the AGM / GMSupervise clean up, inventory, and storage of supplies and equipment.Implement company SOP with staff Requirements :
Work closely with the operations team to provide excellent servicesFamiliar with food and beverage operational servicesFamiliar with banquet servicesFamiliar with catering servicesReport writing and administration functionsPrior experience in a supervisory roleStrong customer service skillsGood physical conditionWell groomed appearanceStrong organizational and decision-making skillsEnglish language Benefits :
